Thank you for your order and for supporting independent, made-to-order fashion. We aim to provide a transparent and professional experience throughout your purchase.

Pre-Orders

Most of our products are made-to-order and ship only after production is complete.

  • Estimated production time: 2–3 weeks from order date

  • Extended timeline: In rare cases, orders may take up to 5 weeks or longer due to production schedules, supply chain constraints, or carrier delays

We send email updates if your order is affected by any delay. We ask for your patience during this time. Your purchase confirms you understand and accept this timeline.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via tracked shipping providers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL).

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once the package is shipped

  • Once an item is scanned by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for its delivery time or condition

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Address input errors made by the customer

International Shipping

International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or VAT. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
