Return & Refund Policy

Every piece we ship is made-to-order with care. Because of this, we have a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy except in limited cases outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any pre-order or made-to-order item after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Please ensure all sizing, shipping info, and product selections are accurate before placing your order. We are happy to answer questions prior to purchase.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at jackjeans@runawaymfg.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation respectfully and provide a resolution where appropriate (replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion).

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if:

  • The item was worn or used

  • The issue was reported after 3 days

  • There is no photographic proof

  • The package was delayed but ultimately delivered within the posted maximum window (5+ weeks)

⚖️ Chargebacks & Disputes

We maintain full documentation of:

  • Your order and checkout agreement

  • Product page disclosures about pre-orders and delays

  • Email confirmations and timelines

  • Tracking details and delivery proof

Any chargebacks or disputes filed without prior contact will be considered fraudulent and contested with our payment processor. We ask all customers to reach out to us directly before taking such actions — we are committed to resolving any issue respectfully.
